AC Maintenance:

This includes regular inspection, cleaning, and disinfection, which are essential for optimal AC operation, maintaining air quality, and preventing the proliferation of mold, bacteria, and fungi. Annual maintenance is often also a prerequisite for the validity of the manufacturer's warranty.

Refrigerant (gas) Refill

Air conditioners are filled with refrigerant by a professional during installation, which circulates in a closed system. However, if the AC is not cooling properly, or if a leak is detected in the system, a refrigerant refill may become necessary.
